How Can I Pay for My Order?You can pay by PayPal or Credit Card through our secure online shopping cart.  We can also send a secure invoice to your email,wire transfer, or business check or payable by major credit card, through a card attached to your PayPal account.

Is My Item Guaranteed to Work?All items are guaranteed to be complete and working unless otherwise noted in the ad. Chef Mart provides you with a 30-day guarantee period. Once you receive your item, you have 30 days to install it and report any problems that arise to Chef Mart Customer Service.

A professional technician must install all items per mfg standards. Without proof that a technician installed your item, there will be guarantee of payments toward repairs.

How Quickly Will I Receive my Order?Please allow 2 to 3 days for handling to prepare your unit for shipping. Shipping time within the 48 continental states is generally another 3 to 7 business days. You should receive your item within 5 to 10 business days of your purchase.

What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?All shipments are covered by third-party shipping insurance, included in the shipping quote.

If your item arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and note the damage on the shipping document. Then, immediately contact us for assistance with the claims process.

Please be aware that the insurance company may have a $500 deductible that cannot be recovered.

Processing a refund for items refused due to damage may take up to 30 days.

What if I Want to Return My Purchase?You can return your purchase for 14 days following receipt. You will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the cost of return shipping. You must ship the return within 7 days of notifying us of your intent to return the item. We will process your refund once the item is returned to our warehouse. Chef Mart may assess a 25% restocking fee on a case-by-case basis. Contact Chef Mart Customer Service for assistance with the return process. Also, if your item was purchased with a credit card, the merchant fee will not be refunded, as credit card companies do not refund merchant fees when processing a return.
